Hello! We purchased a home last year and still need to do some landscaping. My wish list for this house is a long list of plants that are low key, provide privacy, and at least one plant with fragrant flowers. Could only post two pictures for now.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a low growing, drought tolerant plant for a sidewalk strip? I’m windward Oahu, on the edge of dry and mesic.
